Terms of Service.

Argos Project ("Service") is a professional intelligence platform that queries publicly available user information from Discord and FiveM. The Service is designed for anti-cheat teams, server administrators and moderators.

Access requires Discord OAuth authentication. When you create an account you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old.
• Your Discord account is valid and active.
• You are responsible for your account security.
• One person, one account; multi-account abuse will be closed.

Free: 5 queries per day, basic indicators. Indefinite.

Premium: Unlimited queries + full detail. Registration is currently via Discord contact. Membership period is 30 days from confirmation.

By using the Service you agree not to:

• Scrape or automatically harvest data (rate-limit bypass, bots).
• Use Service results for harassment, fraud, or unlawful purposes.
• Reverse-engineer the Service or copy source code without permission.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without warning. Premium payments are non-refundable; evidence of violation is preserved.

The Service is provided "as is". Data accuracy is limited by public sources. Argos Project is not responsible for decisions made based on Service results (e.g. bans, hiring rejections).

These terms may be updated over time. Material changes will be communicated via Discord OAuth re-consent or site banner.
